Description
Shackleton — The Spirit of Endurance Galloping through the fierce winds with unmatched strength and a noble heart. This dynamic illustration pays a powerful tribute to Scotland’s rich history of polar exploration. Named after the legendary explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, who famously relied on the legendary endurance of sturdy ponies during his historic Antarctic expeditions, this striking pony embodies that very spirit of survival. Wrapped in a flying scarf of the MacKinlay Ancient Tartan—honoring Shackletons trusted expedition companion Dr. Eric Marshall of the MacKinlay clan—this design beautifully merges raw highland power with a legendary tale of courage.
