Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale accounts, orders and business relationships with Lana Mathieson. Our wholesale shop is intended exclusively for business customers purchasing products for commercial resale.

1. Business Customers Only

Our wholesale shop is exclusively intended for businesses, professional retailers and commercial resellers purchasing products for business purposes.

By registering a wholesale account or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity and not as a private consumer.

We reserve the right to verify your business status at any time and may request supporting information or documentation, including a valid VAT registration number, company registration number, business website, retail location or other satisfactory evidence of genuine business activity.

We may refuse registration or reject an order where, in particular:

an order is placed by a private individual for personal use;
required business or tax information is missing;
business, VAT or company information is invalid, incorrect or cannot reasonably be verified;
false, misleading or incomplete information has been provided; or
we cannot reasonably verify the customer's eligibility for wholesale purchasing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all registration, billing and business information remains accurate and up to date.

2. Wholesale Account Approval & Verification

Wholesale prices and wholesale purchasing are available exclusively to eligible business customers.

Registration of an account does not create an obligation for us to accept orders or to continue supplying a customer.

We reserve the right to review wholesale accounts at any time, including after registration or completion of a first order.

We may suspend, restrict or close a wholesale account and decline future orders at our discretion, including where we consider that a retailer is not suitable for our wholesale network, where business information cannot be satisfactorily verified, where these Terms have been breached, or where continued supply would not be commercially appropriate.

We are not required to provide reasons for declining future business except where required by applicable law.

Closure or suspension of a wholesale account does not normally affect orders that have already been accepted by us, unless cancellation or suspension of such an order is permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity carried out through their account.

3. Minimum Order Value & Product Minimums

The minimum wholesale order value is £250, excluding VAT and delivery charges.

Orders below £250 cannot normally be placed or accepted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not meet the applicable minimum order value.

Additional minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to selected products and are displayed on the relevant product pages.

Both the overall minimum order value and applicable product-specific minimum quantities must be met unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We may change minimum order values or product-specific minimum quantities for future orders at any time.

4. Products & Availability

Our wholesale range may include greeting cards, fine art prints, posters, mugs, magnets, stickers, clothing, calendars, coasters and other illustrated products and gifts.

Products may be manufactured on demand by independent production and fulfilment partners.

Product availability, materials, specifications, packaging and production methods may change from time to time. Where a material change affects an order already accepted by us, we will inform the customer where reasonably possible.

Because many products are individually printed or manufactured, minor variations in colour, print positioning, dimensions, materials or finish may occur within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

5. Wholesale Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Applicable VAT, taxes and delivery charges will be identified during checkout, on the relevant quotation or on the applicable invoice as required.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate tax and business information. VAT and other tax treatment will be determined in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
