Welly Macleod — Ready for the Drizzle This drawing came from a simple, funny thought: what would actually happen if our highland cows started to wear wellies? Since wellington boots absolutely belong to the rainy Scottish weather, I just had to put this image on paper. The color pencil illustration features a proud, long-haired Highland Cow standing tall in four shiny yellow wellies, perfectly accessorized with a matching neck kerchief in the vibrant yellow and black threads of the official MacLeod Tartan.
