Our minimum wholesale order value is £250, excluding VAT and delivery. Product-specific minimum quantities may also apply and are shown on each product page.

Delivery costs are calculated based on your order and destination and are shown at checkout before you place your order. Selected orders may qualify for free delivery, depending on order value or current promotions.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times depend on the destination and products ordered. As some products are made to order and may be produced by different production partners, larger orders can occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

As a B2B wholesale shop, we don't offer change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, just let us know and we'll help put it right. See our Returns & Complaints page for more information.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photos of the affected item. Where a complaint is justified, we'll arrange an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund or credit.

Yes. Our wholesale shop is exclusively for businesses and professional retailers. We may verify business details before accepting an order or approving continued wholesale access.

Genuine products purchased from us may be resold through your retail business and approved sales channels. The artwork itself may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used to manufacture your own products.
